Cheater/Awareness Policy
The Knight Hawks are a well developed team who's job has been to make the tournaments for younger children who want to participate.The Age limit Is 12 Yrs of age or older. After entering a tournament their is no money back unless agreed upon by the HEAD ADMINISTRATOR. The administrator can be reached by email at sullivan1513@comcast.net, by Phone at 617-835-4694, through Xbox Live at iTz Sullivan v3, or KLL KnightHawks or by aim at sullivan1513. We are aware that Microsoft Developers and Publisher own all of the rights reserved along with Bungie when involving the XBOX 360 and HALo 3 Hardware and software. After winning the prize you can choose to have it mailed to you or have the subscription code sent to you through XBL or email. The Knight Hawks is intended for fun and games (along with some trash-talking), but we are aware that their are cheaters who will stop at nothing to win. If you beleive you have been cheated out of a game you must 1.)complete the game entirely 2.)Save all films and proof 3.)avoid harsh remarks torwards offenders and 4.)Contact an administrator immidiately after the match. If no admin is present hold information and wait for one to come on. Refrain from reporting scores which will result in a dispute.
In Game Rules
During the match their are strict guidlines that must be followed. There are no elites allowed. Camping IS ILLEGAL and in the event of accused camping the administrator will review match. Any set-up games or frauds are to be banned from tournament. The GAMERTAG submitted must be used during match. The seting must be correct and can mostly be found on Bungie.net or MLGPRO.com. We are not accquinted with either website. Racism is ILLEGAL, but proof must be shown that remarks made were against the in game rules which will prove to be difficult. No glitches,jumps, or any manipulations of the game will be allowed.
Money
The Cost of the tournaments is always specified so their should always be the right amount. In the case you have sent to much or to little we will hold the money untul you decide what you would like to do (accounts/return/add). Once again we take CASH and PayPal. This is so we can keep close track of what is coming in and out. As for type of cash we reccommend you don't take 100- 1 dollar bills and send it to us (Though it is an option) we hope to see clean bills that can easily be stored.
Money Accounts
Money accounts are a good way to prevent runnning back and forth from the post office. You msend an amount of 25,50, or 100 dollars for us to put into a secure account where we will keep track of the money you use for tournaments, accessories, and any other things. This is a helpful way for 12-16 year olds to not keep asking their parents to drive them to the post office (unless you have the modern day mail box where you can walk outside and put it in with a stamp. Which comes to another portion, ALWAYS REMEMBER THE STAMPS, the money will not be sent to us if you do not put one or two stamps. THIS CANNOT BE DONE WITH PAYPAL
